Qatar's Mutaz Eisa Breaks the Qatari Indoor High Jump Record for Juniors and Seniors Print E-mail

The Qatari promising athletics star Mutaz Eisa could surprise the QAAF and people in charge by breaking the Qatari indoor record in the high jump event for juniors and seniors. He succeeded to do so in his training camp in Sweden as part of his preparations for the 4th Asian Championship which will be organized in Tehran during 22-25 February 2010. By this record, Mutaz managed to reach the ex-Qatari record which was gained by Rashid Al-Manai in the Asian Indoor Games-Macau 2007 where Rashid jumped 2.18m. It is worth notice that both of these Qatari champions are considered promising in the future of Qatari athletics.
